Shipping Policy

At Dermal Skin Solutions, we aim to deliver your skincare products quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the UK and Ireland.

  • Standard UK Shipping (2–4 working days): £4.95

  • Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland (3–5 working days): £5.95

  • Free Shipping on all orders over £75

All orders are shipped via trusted couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, or An Post), and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup

Local collection from our clinic in Kilkeel is available free of charge. Please select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK and Ireland. However, we are working to expand our delivery zones in the future.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or external factors such as weather. Dermal Skin Solutions is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Dermal Skin Solutions is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
